About Us
Family-run care with belonging at heart.
MARBL Care brings together lived family values and professional experience to create safe, stable homes for young people.
MARBL Care was founded from a shared passion for supporting children and young people to achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential. As a family-run organisation, the name MARBL Care holds special meaning to us, representing the members of our family and reflecting the values of care, commitment, and belonging that are at the heart of everything we do. Maggie is our daughter, Alfie our son, Rhodri the Dad, Bruno our playful French bulldog and Lou the Mam. MARBL, that’s us.
Between us, we bring over 30 years of professional experience working with children and young people. Rhodri has dedicated more than 15 years to residential childcare, progressing from Residential Care Worker to managing and opening multiple children’s homes. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive knowledge of therapeutic care, safeguarding, leadership, and creating environments where young people can feel safe, valued, and supported.
Louisa, the admin and HR manager, has over 15 years of experience in education, working as a teacher and in middle management roles with a strong focus on pastoral care and supporting young people’s emotional wellbeing, personal development, and educational achievement. This experience has given a deep understanding of the challenges young people can face and the importance of nurturing positive relationships and aspirations.
Together, we established MARBL Care because we believe every child deserves a safe, stable, and nurturing home where they are encouraged to grow, develop confidence, and build a successful future. Our vision is to create a family-centred environment that combines high-quality care, strong relationships, and individualised support, ensuring that every young person feels respected, listened to, and empowered to achieve their goals.

We aim to provide young people with the kind of parental support and attention they may have missed, to help them learn and achieve, how to better understand their emotions. We aim to give them security and feel cared for within a homely environment.
